Get to know the founder

I'm Maggie Schrock, Founder of Loam Culture. For 12+ years I've partnered with various companies on the development and advancement of their business and people strategies and initiatives. I discovered my love of startups and scaleups 8 years ago and haven't looked back.

Meet Our Founder

Throughout her career, Maggie has partnered with organizations from 7 people to 33,000. She's spent the majority of her professional journey with US-based and global startups and scaleups in the eCommerce, digital health, SaaS, and tech space. She has partnered globally with teams located in India, the Philippines, Ukraine, Germany, and Lithuania. She finds great satisfaction in shaping the people, operations, and culture functions to ensure close alignment with the business strategy.

While she's been a 5x founder of the people function, she's also owned components of business operations, strategy, IT, and project management. 

Maggie graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a degree in Business Management, emphasis on Organizational Leadership. She obtained a Strategic HR Leadership Certificate from Cornell ILR School as well as currently holds an active Professional in Human Resources certification. Additionally, she is Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
